What is best for producing around 30kwh per day. Panels (1 string with 25 panels and 1 string with 14 panels - Ja 460w Mono) in series or parallel for a Sunpower Trip 12K 3-phase inverter.

Time to do some homework.

Search here, YouTube or the WWW on what happens to voltage and amps when wiring in series or parallel. Use the numbers given by the manufacturer of your panels to determine what will work with the inverter that you listed above.

Given your location, I don't think you need to worry about cold weather calculations.

Okay so 20 parallel panels:
Volt: 42.13
Amp: 218
Series:
Volt: 813
Amp: 10.92

Inverter MPPT range is 200-900V, so parallel will fit.
Am confused what the Max PV input per MPPT is (40/40/40). Could it be number of panels?

You have 39 total panels? VOC is 42.13v?

You have 2-MPPT inputs with a max current allowed of 20a each input with short circuit current at 25a.
You could run 9s2p to each input or you could do 13s2p for MPPT 1 and 13s for MPPT 2.

13 panels in series would be around 550VOC if your listed specs are accurate. Plenty of wiggle room on your specs for cold weather
