This is a 3500 watt, 48 vdc input to 120 vac output inverter/charger with the rare E-panel that has all breakers needed for a code compliant install.
These items were removed from original shipping boxes for photo's and repackaged. There is a Youtube video out with this model inverter and E-panel in operation.
