Problem with bms jk-b2A8s20p floating charging current

How do I connect the bms jk-b2A8s20p to a power outlet to charge the battery, but does the current flow fluctuate, do you know how to use it?

A Battery Management System is just that, a management system. The BMS is simply a switch that is either ON, under normal conditions, or OFF, if out of range conditions of Current, Voltage or Temperature are detected. When OFF the BMS protects the cells from irreversible damage. The BMS has no ability to rectify AC to DC or regulate charging.

If you wish to charge a battery you will need a charging device such as a stand alone charger that plugs into a power outlet or a solar charge controller or an inverter-charger.
