Seplos bms jumping SoC?

Now I have gathered a little more information. It must definitely be a firmware bug. It always occurs in the same way on different batteries with exact the same pattern. This means that it cannot be due to the cell itself or a bad contact.

1. it occurs about once a day
2. it is always cell no. 1 which measures approx. 125mV less voltage for about 5 seconds. I measure 1x per second.
3. it is always at a SOC of about 90-95%
4. it is always when no or less than 1A charge/discharge current is flowing.
5. On this Cell voltage there is no balancing active. Cell balancing starts at 3.40 Volt and stops at 3.380 Volt (Neey 4A Balancer). SEPLOS Balancig is set to 3.50 start voltage as not to disturb.

Total-current (4 Batteries parallel) = 0.0 A
