I self installed my system in March. Here was the initial configuration:

SolarCity H6 Inverter
String 1: 13x 280w SolarWorld
String 2: 13x 280w SolarWorld
The panels were used.
All mounted on same slope with Tigo TS4-A-O DC optimizers.

With full sun (in March), the power would max out around 6350w DC / 6000w AC for about 2-3 hours. Pretty much as expected. The system was limited by the inverter. The max power was achieved at about 375-400v dc per string (or about 29-31v/panel per the Tigos).

After about 11 days, the SolarCity H6 stopped working and was replaced by a SunnyBoy 7.7.

Now, the power barely hits 6kw DC in full sun.

Also notice how much lower the voltage is 26v.Screenshot 2022-05-06 1.50.25 PM.png

But here is the strange part... if there is broken clouds, it will often spike to over 7500w.

I also noticed that the voltage is much higher here too, around 28-29v.

Are there settings in the SunnyBoy that I am missing? I have tried enabling and disabling shadefix. That doesnt do anything. I havent tried constant voltage, but Im not sure that is the right answer either. I dont think there is anything in the Tigos that is adjustable. The temperature is higher now, but only by about 7-8 deg F.

Any thoughts?

Any thoughts? Been on the line with SMA support, but we still haven't cracked this nut yet.
