Using server rack and Enphase Ensemble at the same time?

Hi all. I have an Enphase Ensemble system. 3 Encharge 10s on the wall, Empower and Envoy. All the backup loads are on a 200A panel. But...I have 2 200A panels tied to my meter. The OTHER 200A breaker contains the loads that are NOT backed up.

Can I use an all-in-one inverter, with a server rack battery setup (like eg4) and connect that inverter directly to the non-backed up 200A panel? Not sure how I would charge my batteries?
