Victron’s Battery Protect (mine is 12/24v 45amp) has mode a b c yet it is tough to find a simple definition of what they are used for or which to use with gel batteries anywhere in their included or online literature. A YouTube vid states I should use 6 mode “b” with AGM but I thought it was wise to look up exactly what 6b does and hit a blank. The voltage cutoff and restart are in the included table for choice 6 but the mode b is a mystery. Has anyone figured out the mode definitions for these unit? I did not know if this question should go here or under Batteries or under BMSs or elsewhere so I will try this section.
