Looks oddly familiar, I'm working on large industrial project in TX and just when you think you've seen it all, something like the above pic happens, almost on a daily basis. Where are these so called trades people coming from and where are the superintendents and managers?

Went away with the restructioning and down sizing of the 90's. Oh! And the other buzz word re-engineering.

Id say that pipe fitter was very kind, most would have just taken a sledge hammer to that conduit body until it cleared.

I'm sure that it was a compromise that was discussed in a meeting.
Otherwise, it's coming down.
