To safely trickle charge a lithium battery pack, whilst driving, in conjunction with a roof mounted PV array, on a motorhome, can the output of this(see below):

(safely) be connected to the genset 240v input connection of this:

For details, the alternator of the motorhome(converted bus) puts out 180A as manufactured. Battery bank 48v 600Ah lifepo4, never discharged below 30% capacity.

Thinking was, that the 'plug in inverter' handles the safety aspect of drawing from the vehicle alternator/battery, only when the ignition switch is on and the All-in-one, handles the safety aspect of charging the battery pack. Maybe not the most efficient, but on a 6 hour drive, every little helps ;-))

Anybody guess whether the 300W plug in inverter would be too much draw from a 180A alternator output (it appears to be designed for continuous use for using laptops etc in a car), especially at idle speed(at traffic lights etc)

OR...Does any genset that is connected to the All-in-one', need to be matched to the inverter output, ie a 5KW inverter must have a 5KW output genset???

When inexperienced, there are just so many questions......lol.

Im thinking that the MPP will require too much power for that small inverter. Can the MPP be set to trickle charge the batteries or else it will blow the fuses of the small inverter.
