I'm planning to build a couple 12v batteries using the 280ah cells. Every since seeing the Fortune batteries on a couple of Wills videos I have been thinking about making my own pieces on my 3d printer. This is my current design. I'm thinking of using Lego like features to allow a top cover...
Decide to try to come up with a 3d printed mount/cover for the Chargery Display to also hold the speaker and light.
Last night I drew this up and will be trying to print one today. I will keep you posted how it goes.
I decided to move to a REC Q BMS on my system to better integrate with my Victron gear. So far I have managed to get my laptop setup over 485 to communicated with the REC BMS. I have installed the CAN cable to the Cerbo GX and I know I need to probably setup the DVCC on the Cerbo. What else...
This will be going in a travel trailer currently with 500w of solar. I was leaning towards 12v 560ah battery which is way more than we honestly need. But if I put in a 3000w inverter I could feasibly run a/c for a bit on occasion. I could actually fit 840ah into the battery box I'm planning...
Have the 280ah cells been on Amazon before? Twice the price of our China direct sources, but an option for sure. Especially if you need a replacement?

I have been following for a bit now and trying to take it all in. I'm very interested in building (2) 12v 280ah batteries using the popular cells in the battery threads. I'm leaning to 2 separate batteries and keeping it 12v for the camper. Down the road I plan to add a Victron 12v 3000w...
This is for our travel trailer that I will be building a 24v battery for.
I know that many will say why not larger panels, but I already had (5) 100w 12v panels in parallel that I choose due to so many various roof vents and skylights a few years ago.
I have now purchased 7 more matching...
