Just a thought if you havent.. have seen some threads of people have comms issues with BMS due to RF noise.. which were solved by wrapping the CanBus / RS485 cable and battery cables around a ferrite ring... might be worth a try
What version of battery do you have A, B, C8 or C16 ?
Also what is your current version ?
Console cable is same as Cisco.. cheap as chips on Fleabay...
I doubt its the firmware thats causing the issue.. once you get a console cable sorted you will be able to see error codes and if the BMS is...
Yeah latest version of Solis Cloud they have removed the option to configure the battery.. only option is to configure on Inverter.. I have to use user defined battery
Just noticed that when you have control enabled in the Solis Cloud app you get a much longer list of supported batteries than you get on the Inverter menu... and Pytes in listed.. when I choose this, the battery type on the inverter shows blank... but appears to work

Did you get it out of bootloader. ?.. if so how.. I stupidly was messing around and put it into boatloader mode.. havent uploaded new firmware.. so kinda hopeing it times out.. have tried everything to reset it
How did you get one with these ?... just ordered a 20w pad, my batt is wall mounted so easy affix to outside and then insulate.. just going to use the temp controller that comes with it..
