Thanks for sharing your build, looks very neat and tidy! I just wanted to comment on the CAT6 problem. Usually (at least here in Europe) CAT6, and other network cabling, are solid core if it is installation cable. Meaning it's for permanent installation in walls terminating in wall outlets...
