The EG4 6000xp has a PV disconnect switch on the outside. Will that do the trick?

I've done a bit of research and I understand that with just two strings combined I can get away without a PV fuse. Panel specs are in the attachments.

I plan to have a bare wire going between all the arrays on the roof and just trying to figure out where to tie that wire into

Roof Mounted.

My roof has just enough room for strings of 10 but I thought maybe that would be too close to the maximum voltage (VOC 45v x 10 panels) gets me to 450 of a 480 volt limit. Would that be a problem or should I get as close as possible to the limit with out going over. I'm buying these panels...

What's the recommended way to ground my solar arrays going into the eg4 6000xp?

6000xp going right into the EG4 powerwall battery-- will I need a fuse? Looks like it's not required.

My local home depot sells superstrut gold galvanized. Here in Hawaii things rust pretty fast. Superstrut advertises how good their gold galvanizing is but I wonder if anyone here has used and how does it hold up to the weather.
