got my pallet of panels finally about 45 days after order. Shipping was fine once they actually shipped. Packaging was manufacturer which was fine.
Mine was also ABF, but they regularly deliver to my address and i had no issues with them.
customer service did contact me and shipped the portion of my order that was in stock, which I have now received.
The panels are apparently not actually in stock.
also, I have a normal light switch wired into the pump power by the sink. flick it on when you need water. only downside is forgetting to switch it back off at times, i keep meaning to wire a warning light into it.
I would be tempted to use the existing well pump to fill a plumbed in IBC tote, then a car battery, a 12v charger and 12v pump to actually pressurize the cabin. I live offgrid with a IBC tote filled from jugs, a car battery and 12v pump and its works great. Cheap too.
the stock thing is a problem. I place a black friday order that was listed in stock, it went to awaiting shipping and i was charged immediately. weeks later I post here, they contact me and tell me the pallet really isnt in stock. (still shows available, not out of stock today).
well I spent my time researching components, apparently now I see I should have researched shipping times... my order from SS has been sitting on awaiting shipping since 11/27.
no response from their customer support form in over a week either...
wouldn't be an issue with some kind of eta... but...
