I have a grid-tie system on my home which I now own and need to maintain. My home system has 50 Suntech 185w panels. I have built small off-grid solar system for my camp trailer and shed. I'm retired from UCR, I worked in IT mostly doing networking and wireless installs.
Current or Future Solar Power System
My current home grid-tie system has a burned-up inverter that needs to be replaced. I'm looking to replace the broke inverter with a hybrid inverter. I have 50 Suntech STP185S-24/Ad+ panels , 5 strings of 10 into a combiner box. I would like to get the system back up in a grid-tie mode and then add batteries as needed.
