I saw Wills video on the powerpro budget model. I already have 6 eg4 LLs. I'm wanting to add on, and was just about ready to buy 3 more server rack batteries, but I really like the power pro. Will communication work between the two?

Hey guys! I have EG4 ll batteries from solar sovereign. One of them is showing below from bms tools. Solar sovereign is a long way out from getting back to me, but thought I'd see if anyone has seen this before?

I totally agree. They have been fair and reasonable with me. More than that, many of them are quite fun!

Edit: to add to my experience, @SignatureSolarJess just let me know my 18k has shipped. 28 hours after I called with the failure. Seems quite excellent to me.

I'd also like to mention that my experience with SS has been quite good. No one likes an inverter to go out. But, mine went out yesterday. Well, I guess the resolution is to get instructions via email, tear the system apart, leave it open while old one ships and new one ships after they get the old one.
