NO experience with solar or electronics. I am a retired drilling engineer, looking for a backup system for the grid going down for weeks or more. I have been following Will Prowse and a few others online/YouTube, trying to figure out what I need and how to implement it.
Current or Future Solar Power System
Probably one or two hybrid inverters such as SolArc or EG4 18KPV with 2 or 3 48V batteries. Ground mounted panels. I have no system currently.
