Ugh. I re-boxed my 6000xp for moving it to my cabin before measuring knockouts. Is the trade show pic before the 6000xp was released from @HighTechLab still accurate below?

My PV knockout was a single 1.5" Mine also had the knockouts labeled. If you remember seeing silk screening labeling on the knockouts I would assume PV 1.5" I think all others match mine.

@Batavian So your PV is the same size as the battery, and only one vs two?

Opened the inverter box and did a quick measurement for AC conduit knockouts. Looks to be ~1.25” which I believe is a 1” NPT.

For anyone interested.
Trade size vs actual ko size is as follows.
1/2" through 1 1/4" is 3/8" larger.
1 1/2" and up is 1/2" larger.

Thanks, that’s a great tip. Getting ready to hit Lowes on the way up to the cabin for the install this weekend and need many parts.

Is there a drawing anywhere giving the dimensions to the locations of these knock outs.

I’m replacing 4 6500ex inverters with 3 6000xp and need to locate them above my Wireway.

Close, there is no dim for the 3/4” knockout fot thr communications but you can extract its dim from the 18k knockouts, and also the knockout for the PV seems to be a different size.
