Main issue is after deadly force is used, there might only be one witness.
I'm not saying I'm against (or for it), but it is an issue, especially when someone ends up dead over what is most likely a subjective threat.
Would you post this stand your ground law?You should read the stand your ground laws.
They also apply to threats made online.
He never did so I did and to say the least his thinking is flawed.....
