There we go! Progress. You may need to watch that it doesn't exceed that because mine gains about 3v when it's exportingI just got it online
my AC volts are always a bit high, right now 255.5v
on the inverter under Grid Code, there is a setting called syncronization Range , and the Voltage High setting was around 252v,
I changed the growatt setting to 257v and it came online
Growatt documentation can hurt more than it helps sometimesI also see that the Warning 412 is now gone. this is not listed in the manual and SS said it was a temp sensor issue. May have actually been a grid over voltage warning
Anything signature Solar says about these inverters should be ignored.SS said it was a temp sensor issue.
So your system is working as normal today?Changed frequency to 60.5hz, still on grid. That was the only change that I made to my changes above, done according to Growatt engineer. They sent me firmware to manually upload as well.
Yes it is. Both inverters are on grid and producing. Only problem is the clouds...So your system is working as normal today?
I'm glad to hear that.Yes it is. Both inverters are on grid and producing. Only problem is the clouds...
Trying the process of elimination- Is the grid breaker closed?Hey everyone, first time poster with the exact same issue mentioned here. I have 2 Growatt MIN 10000 units, with 3 strings of 10 460w bifacial panels each. They are grid tied and were installed by electricians who work on solar almost exclusively. They confirmed voltages are all within spec, but the Growatt units both never come out of standby mode, and show all zeros in the app except for internal temperature, as shown in the attached screenshot. I’ve tried the grid code suggestions mentioned here, but no luck. Any idea why even AC info shows zeros when the units turn on fine, and show no faults? (Rapid shut down jumper is in place, if this is removed it can apparently cause similar behaviour)
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
Is the pv DC switch on the bottom of the inverter turned on?Breakers to the grid are both on (each inverter is on its own breaker). I should clarify, the power light on both inverters flashes 1 second green, then 3 seconds off. According to the manual it means it’s getting AC, but no DC. The units currently only power on when AC breakers are turned on. It’s not seeing any DC input, but I wanted to figure out why the AC side isn’t showing any values first.
Is the DC disconnect on the inverter closed?Breakers to the grid are both on (each inverter is on its own breaker). DC disconnect on both inverters is on. There’s another disconnect at each panel array, those are both on as well. Electricians confirmed they got around 500 volts at the inverters, per string. Is the DC disconnect on the inverter closed?
Interesting, what version are you on now?recently I upgraded to the new firmware.
