We recently purchased LifePO 4 batteries from Eco-Worthy and have been unsuccessful in reaching them by phone. Any else have this issue? Thank you.

Their customer service is weird.

If you bought them through eBay or Amazon try opening a message to them through there and you'll likely have better luck.

When I had some eco-worthy batteries that I had questions about myself, I had to open up a PM with Eco-Worthy through eBay, because I didn't ever get any response back from any of their website support methods.

I did had success contacting them through Amazon, but no answer on any other channel (not even if you use the support QR code link from the battery).

I bought two 12v 280ah battery had issue using them in series, they even sent me a free battery balancer. Measured full charge/discharge and it was 6.8kwh through inverter (with efficiency losses) from the ~7.3kwh, so I'm happy with them.

They are like most of the Chinese retailers, happy to talk to you when you’re buying and ghost you when you have an issue. Eco-worthy isn’t as bad as some (Renogy) but reliable contact for customer support would be wonderful.

I have a couple of ECO-WORTHY 12V 100ah and haven't had any issue with them. Sale on AMZ with free shipping was to much to pass up. Their rack and tilt mount is pretty inexpensive on fleabay. Never tried to call them. I have a car stereo and speakers set up on the porch and another on a 2k Harbor freight inverter for a DIY yard power. Wife runs pole saw off of my 'solar generator' so found a good home for them. Graduated to rack mount batteries.
