Locked out of my “smart” batteries!

XiaoXiangElectric app.
I selected discharge and charge and balancing OFF while winterizing my camper.
Now it will not allow me to select ON for those functions.
Battery reads 1.something volts using a meter. App reads fully charged.
It will not allow me to select the control page. The BT page does not allow changes to the above functions.

Sounds like some sort of protection mode.
You said the app reads fully charged, but I’m inclined to think it might be wrong about that.
What voltage does the app report for both the battery as a whole and for each cell?
 
Based on my past experience you'll have to hit the JBD with a charger to get it to wake up.

Solved JBD Experts Help. No current. I'm stumped.

Edit - solved. Shut off the other 2 breakers and isolated the problem child, started charging right away. Back to batteries and doing some laundry to drain them down for optimal photon harvesting tomorrow. I finished wiring up the 3rd pack and I can't get current to flow through the BMS...

Edit - try the overkill app too as @TacomaJoe suggests below.

Give the Overkill Solar app a try. It allows access to the functions.
 
Thanks. Downloaded the overkill app. Pouring rain right now. I’ll see if it works when it’s done storming.
Got antsy. Got a rain jacket and went to the trailer (about 100-150 feet from house). The Overkill app worked like a charm. I linked to each battery and enabled charging and discharging. Thank you, thank you! $1150 in batteries once again usefull.
