$150 REWARD!! (JK BMS 200a 7-24s) To anyone that can solve my problem!!!

buy one of the current DALY offerings and ignore the naysayers? 3 years on DALY now and once you get past the initial bullshit, they simply work. ever ask yourself why DALy has a huge heatsink?
I own 5 Daly and multiples BK. BK is the way to go.

My charger is set to 67.5 and mr battery is at 61.3.
What battery chemistry? 61.3V is 3.83V per cell. If this is LiFePO4 then the BMS should be cutting out at 3.65V.

Have you tried checking the voltage of the balance wires? Disconnect this connector and check pin 1 (black negative at top) voltage with pin 2. This should be your expected cell 1 voltage.

Continue checking pin 1 vs pin 3 and it should be cell 1 + cell 2 voltage.

Check all pins to make sure there are voltage increases about the same amount.

If you happen to get into the San Jose area (17 @ 85) i can help you check these things.

really? why is it that all of the complaints currently are about BK and JBM (clone) units it boils down to software, not the unit. they are all capable and DALY took a beating in the past due to crappy software.. currently its BK, JBM etc. even chargery is no longer in favor according to one of our bacon eating hosers... (pretty sure its that they stopped giving him free gear hence his no longer supporting them). buyer beware, this forum is full of synchpants who are here to sell gear and nothing more.

Daddy Tanuki,

I appreciate your insights and share your concern for unbiased information. I'm not affiliated with any brand; my observations come from personal use of both Daly and BK BMS products. My main gripe with Daly is its design limitation requiring a specific BMS for each series number. For instance, upgrading from a 7S to an 8S battery necessitated a new BMS purchase for me, despite already owning a 250A FAN 7S Daly. BK, on the other hand, offers more flexibility with their range (e.g., 4-8S, 8-20S, 8-24S options), which I find more accommodating for varying setups.

I do prefer Daly’s design aesthetics and software interface, yet BK outpaces Daly in terms of adjustable parameters and slightly edges out in cost-efficiency. My aim here is to share my experience without discrediting any brand. Ultimately, it's about what best meets our individual needs, and I encourage everyone to weigh personal research and firsthand experiences heavily in their decision-making process.
