Has anyone figured out how to set the inverter to force export battery to grid during peak rates TOU?

We’re on FLUX and get great export from 16:00-19:00 and want to maximise our export during this time frame.

Any help would be greatly appreciated ??

change your system mode to "selling first".
The percentages in TOU then reflect the minimum left available in battery

When my inverter is in "limit to home" everything works perfectly well. PV generation, battery charge and discharge, supply to AC load, export to grid etc all work effortlessly and seamlessly with the CT coil operating as expected and displaying data. When in "selling first" mode the PV side of the inverter operates fine however the AC load shows zero no matter what I have on in the house. When I check my data it looks like I have no load and the grid is at zero. But actually my load can be 5kw and the grid is supplying it all (I know this by cross referencing my sunsynk data with my supplier import/export half hourly usage) Meanwhile my battery will just sit at 100% SOC. So instead of being able to export and discharge my battery at peak times I actually end up importing if I use selling first.
Does it sound like a software issue? Is it a settings issue? Or does it sound like a faulty inverter or perhaps an incorrectly installed inverter?
One more thing I forgot to mention, which might shed some light on the issue, is that when in selling first mode I lose the CT coil. Regarding the CT coil I have noticed that the coil is located very close to the inverter and not at the main fuse as suggested in the manual. Also there are no magnetic rings for the CT cable to be wrapped around. Not for the CT coil nor the battery cables, again as illustrated in the manual. But like I said the CT coil does work when in "limit to home"
I have raised a ticket with Sunsynk but they have not replied.....
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

When in selling first mode, the ct / meter is disabled as it is unneeded.

Heya, so Im currently looking at the exact same thing - i've just started on flux and im trying to get the battery to dump just like you......and it wont do it. There is a fix for the CT thing - i got sunsynk to update my inverter fw (you might need your installer to request this) and now i get the home load being monitored. My current fw versions are M 5.3.8.6 / S 1.5.1.5 / C E.4.3.8 So plus side is that you get the CT back minus side is this fault is even on the latest firwmare. I would agree that its software as my unit is happy to take energy from the batteries to power my house and there is no hardware difference between that and supplying the grid. Can you tell me what setup your running? I have a 8kw ecco hybrid converter with 10kW of solar and 4 felicity LPBF48100 batteries.

I found it for me. I had grid peak shaving on. For whatever reason when i disabled that i was able to force discharge from my batteries
