I am going to assume you are referring to a Trojan T-105 golf cart battery, not the RE or solar versions which are taller with more electrolyte.
In any event, they are rated for a C20 of about 225 amps at 6 volts. If you put 2 in series, you will have 12 volts with a C20 of 225 amps. If you then take the 2 in series and connect them in parallel, you will have 12 volts and a C20 of 450 amps.
Just in case, a C20 is the manufacturer rating for amperage (power) if you draw down the battery over 20 hours. Pretty standard for flooded lead acid batteries.
On the other hand, the lithium iron phosphate batteries are often quoted with a C1 or C2, for both charging and discharging over 1 or 2 hours.
