Differences between JuncTek KH and KL series shunts

Hi, I have the KL Series version and wondered what the differences were verses the KH series.

One thing I found a little disappointing with the KL Series is that they do not make a shield for the sampler (I am doing a DIY version but would have preferred a factory designed and manufactured unit).

Other than the lack of a shield I am happy so far with the KL version, in saying that I have to comment that my experience and use of it is very limited.

I’ve used both types. The KL is a little easier to make calibration adjustments on the display whereas the KH is done in the app. In both case if you don’t know what you’re doing leave it alone because they’re pretty close. The Bluetooth range of the KL is about 8 feet greater but that’s not saying much and could be manufacturing or component tolerances. The KH displays Chg + or DIS - instead of arrows. The shunt case is a non issue for me since it’s in box that also serves as a buss cover. The apps are a bit different too. They only work with the respective units. Both units are excellent.
