This guy on Rumble is the first one I've seen who has a plan that makes sense ..... I'm watching his videos as I get a chance .... Haven't decided if he is for real or clickbait. He has a VERY long one with an entirely different view of J6 .... haven't finished that one yet.
If anyone else has an opinion, I'd appreciate seeing it.

Unfortunately it might come down to another states rights issue.
If Federal law is not specifically granted by Constitution then states can ignore it or challenge it.

This is good. This is the reason for the first civil war, not slavery as the history changing left wants you to believe. Fed gov has usurped far too much power and unfortunately we the people will never get that back barring another civil war.
