I hate it when that happens. I guess if we had a super long set of PV wires, we could put a 2nd array of solar panels on the other side of the earth. And a big azz fan to blow the clouds away, we'd have this thing licked!

It was opposite for me...
It was cloudy for a week and I decided to prettify by PV cables and add more SPDs...
then the sun came out these 3 days... very effing HOT! I had to work only 3:30PM onwards.
obviously my system is off...

I have $3500 of MPP solar inverters that haven't produced a single watt of power since I bought them. I called Ian to complain, but apparently, I need to take them out of the box and hook them up to something to get them to work.... I didn't see that anywhere on the website...

That kind of reminds me of all the hard work I did cutting firewood with the Stihl chainsaw I got years ago. That thing worked me hard. I mean blisters, muscle cramps, three days to cut down ONE tree. I complained to the store I got it from and then they showed me that you have to crank it ! after learning that small detail I was able to cut 100x more wood and a lot easier!
