Seplos keeps going to sleep

Hi all, I had my Seplos Mason 280AH installed today and hooked up to my SofarME3000SP however I seem to have a weird issue. The battery just keeps going to sleep and into standby after a very short period of time (minutes) even when it's in use. I keep having to reset it to get it back on.

Any ideas why this might happen?

Did ypu get a response from seplos support in the meantime.

It's resolved. After much troubleshooting it was determined my BMS was broken. They sent me a new one, problem solved! No issues since

Can you please give us the bms version? I am asking because seplos pre sales are telli g me all issues are resolved by now.

Would you know what components were broken?

My old BMS is 48200-1101-10C-SP16-16S

No idea on what was actually wrong. After all the troubleshooting with technical support they concluded it was a dud board and sent out at the latest model 48200-1101-10E-SP76-16S
