JBD BMS reading low voltages

So the sensing leads are connected to the cells. Is the P- also connected to the cell negative terminal?
You used a meter to read the voltages on the sensing connector, 3.15, 6.3, 9.45, 12.6v.
You double check your pin out is properly wired?
But then when you plug into the BMS the BMS reads those voltages?
Check the pins on the BMS? Time for a new BMS?

Some knucklehead didn't connect B- to the battery main negative
