Very new to off grid with a pair of EG4 6500 kw's and 30kw of batteries. I set my system up almost a carbon copy of Will's. We have consistent 120V on both legs at breaker panel and everything on both sides work fine. Problem is we can't get 240 out it. My wife (my techie) has followed all of one of Sig Solar's tech's directions on configuration but when our load (ice maker) is applied, cross leg voltage steadily drops to as low as 15V, all the while single leg stays at 120V. Was advised by Sig Solar tech that setting 28 should be should be set to 2p1 and 2p2 with setting 5 set to USE...when that was set as advised the system turned off and started sounding an alarm...led light along the front went red at that time. Are there any other setting that should be looked at to fix this problem?
