Looked like that here 2 weeks ago after we got a lovely 18" snowfall (normal up here) but there is so little snow left because we've been above freezing for a week + now and the rains are eliminating it.... a Green Christmas this year.... Less shoveling & snow blowing the better but we will pay the price for this in January & February without any doubt. At least the snow reflects sunlight & improves solar production a bit at this time of year but without that "little extra" it's noticeable.

Yeah this is my first winter since starting my solar adventure. The short days and long shadows due to the low angle of the sun have my production down 90%. I never thought I would be rooting for the return of summer here in Arizona ?

I'm in the same boat. Went live in November. Haven't seen those good months yet, but I am excited for them.

Half my panels are on a north facing roof, so those panels are just window dressing for 6 months out of the year, lol.

Could serious use the sun to come back into my life, El Nino cause it to be seriously overcast since the third week of September.
Usually end okt, nov and dec are a bit low, but year it's been just terrible

damn that is bad, wish you luck..
this winter been much warmer than usual

We have SUNSHINE - first time in over a week... TODAY IS HUMP DAY and days start getting longer \\YAY//.
Since 11/30 I haven't had more than 9.3 hours daily of the SCC show on the display recordings with yesterday only being 9 hours.

It's all slowly changing tomorrow with daylight getting longer. ???

I'm not ready to celebrate. It will come back at the same slow pace that it left. So tomorrow will suck as equally as yesterday. lol
I agree, but at least it gets better each day … it’s a mental thing …like being in jail and putting marks on the wall…
this is my first winter with the system operating…
y’all we’re all right last year……after about November 15th winter is just awful, at least where I am.….gotta add an assload of panels this year..

Today, according to the specifics for my region, we received 8hrs 39min from 7:26am to 4:26pm, only gonna get better moving on... BUT clouds, snow and all that other "stuff" still to come and heaps of it too... so... it's all relative.

The return of the Sun... we’ve had rain pretty much every day since July... I’d be happy if it just stopped raining... sun would be a bonus at this stage...?
