1.5 yr old Canadian solar bifacial 405W panels, I have three with similar loss of material. I have no idea if they were like that when I installed them although I think I would have noticed. What am I looking at here! Thanks so much, I'm a little freaked out.

Four arrays/strings, each one running 190V/18A #8AWG THHN, so 8 wires, how many pair can be run in one buried conduit 150'? Fill chart says 1" will take 9 #8. Aboslutely straight run so pulling shouldn't be difficult and I will do it before I bury it. Too many variables are confusing me...
