I hit 15-16k range regularly and then start clipping depending really on the amount of wattage I can send to the battery at that time. That’s from 16.8k panels but they are however bifacial. Sure I could pull more if I had more batteries that needing charging so I wouldn’t clip.

I don’t use the app but go via the web interface. I personally don’t use ac charge at all as even on very cloudy days I generate enough pv to fully charge my battery everyday.

Just be cognizant of with only using charge last enabled, it will only charge the battery last after loads and export so would only kick in after 12kw of ac generated. That is on a big sunny day. Are the strings identically setup? Check the voltage at the arrays then at the inverter mppts. Carefully. Very carefully!!

You can also use “ac charging” to charge the batteries using utility power.

You can use “pv priority” in the settings and a start and stop time, up to 3! and soc% or volts. This will force the battery to charge using solar pv only and if your loads exceed solar production it will use additional utility to power the loads and use whatever solar to charge the battery...

Also have a look at your graph to see when it’s drawing power from the grid. Maybe your battery doesn’t make it all the way through the night or a high wattage device needs to draw a little juice at some point during the 24hr period. But yeah it’s such a little that I wouldn’t worry about it...

It will do whatever you want it to do. It’s VERY configurable. Maybe decide first exactly what you want it to do and then take some pictures of the settings that you have currently.

You can use soc or volt to set it. And no it won’t interrupt comms. If you are using soc in your other settings then just keep using soc.

@EG4_Jared I think the problem lies in weather optimization. When I have that enabled it, the system then resets ac charging to enabled at the time window that weather optimization is enabled. I disabled weather optimization and since it has not enabled ac charging….maybe it’s that way by...

Just connect to the dongle micro gui via the ip address from a browser. So by default it’s 10.10.10.1 - There you can change username, password, ssid name, wifi password, network ip address/range etc. I have been in IT too long and I dislike defaults. A lot :):):)
