Any recommendations on where to get cells?

If I fully charged my existing batteries, disconnect them, hook up the diy batteries cycle them for a week and fully charge them, then parallel them? This would be ok?

I have three 51.2 ruixu batteries that I love. I am thinking of adding onto that system. I want to dabble into building a diy setup. If I got 16 of the 280ah diy cells and built a battery, can they be hooked to a bus bar with my ruixu s? Would it matter that that battery is 280ah?

It shows in the manual 5000 watt of PV input. I'd get a separate mppt for a new array. Do you have any recommendations on a mppt? I was looking at getting a pallet of 25 250watt panels. Any good link or documentation on installing the mppt with an existing AIO?

Did you actually check voltage at the cables on the inverter? Don't rely on the monitor system.

I just sent 3 of these batteries back doing similar things. Hopefully it's under warranty. You can try and slow charge it to see if it will wake up. If it doesn't, bms is bad. Shut your inverter down and restart to see what it does then? Check the Voltage at the terminal on the inverter just...
