BYD Blade batteries are considered safe from what I’ve seen. Tesla uses them in their German made vehicles BYD nail test I’m also confused by China EV tariffs. I’m not aware of any Chinese auto company selling EVs in the US currently. BYD just said they have no plans BYD US statement

@42OhmsPA did you ever get a quote or manual on a SRNE parallel inverter? I've been debating between the SRNE and the NHX inverter.

Looks like it's the NHX inverter watts247 is selling (Amensolar/megarevo inverter) but with a different LCD. The specs and the manual are the same. Watts247 link

Have you heard any updates on paralleling SRNE ASF units?

Per the video Ian posted, it sounded like each mppt could do 500 VOC and 22 amp ISC independently. With that in mind, you should be able to over-panel this inverter with up to around 40kW of solar.

Yeah, that diagram doesn’t make much sense to me either. I would think the CTs would be by the main breaker if concerned about sending power back to the grid/zero export.
