Hello all. Just commissioned my eg4 18k PV yesterday with two pros. Question, I’m probably doing something wrong but the phone eg4 monitor app shows the pv input but never refreshes a new value unless I totally close It and go back in. On an iPhone if that matters. Any ideas?

ok, I will give it a try. The other changes suggested by others above to the settings did not work, if anyone is wondering.

My battery has more dip switches than what the guide you sent says. I think mine is a newer one. Does that matter and if not what should I do with the dip swithces? thanks.

Also I have never hooked the inverter up to the LL battery as far as communications go. I tried to download the firmware when I first got it and there was some problem so I just never did. Not sure if that will even help but I will give this a try if it doesn’t work.

What do you mean closed loop? I don’t have them set up to talk(inverter and battery). The simpler the better.
