    Sorry, newbie. does 3s mean 3 solar panels? I have 4 12v solar panels on the roof, so does that mean one of the 4 has a faulty connection to the system? They are wired in the manner Will dictates in his 400w classic build.

    Yup, I had to make jumpers to join the sets together. Concerned because this adds another possible point of failure. I may go back up there and make butt end splices with heat shrink.

    I think about 8 ft deep and 20 ft wide. Don’t need to EMPTY the sump, just move the water so it can refill and therefore keep the field drier at the top soil. All that prolly makes no sense, but .....

    Shut up! I’ve been looking for this solution for months, had no idea some thing like this was out there. Looks like a cool setup. I need to move h2o out of a sump hole across 150 feet into a stream. Gravity will not work. This will. Thanks for the post.

    Harbor freight.

    I’ve bought two sets and have used them for a few years with good luck. I run a small fountain w one panel and use the others in my gun club camper. Work good and I will buy again when doing a small solar project.
