I first searched both on the forum and google and didnt find any info so decided to make a post.

As the title says, is it ok to use that breaker for the 24v(25.6v) LFP 200Ah battery pack?
I will be using a 25mm2 wire for it. And BMS is a 150A DALY Smart BMS. Inverter is 3kW.
Is the voltage of the dc breaker being 550Vdc 1way too high? Or does it even matter?

Also why do most battery packs have only one-pole breaker fitted on them for the red cable? Is it possible to use a two-pole instead?

higher voltage for breaker is fine.
You only need to break one side (preferably plus/red). of the connection to disconnect the battery.

The risk is in a short. Then the amps flowing through the breaker may exceed its rating, and not open. That's why a Class T Fuse is recommended.
