new to electronic solar, always been a hammer and nails guy for passive solar heating of air and water. now have made the jump to an active system with a new 6000xp but trying to figure out the correct settings for battery discharge/ charge. using a 4 S 2 P bank of Li Time 12v 100ah lifepo4 with low temp bms, fully charged to 51.3 v prior to install. after setting to lead acid the system powers up and shows discharge to my load with factory settings but i do not want to damage the batteries or the bms. have balanced 291.3 v 2430 w twin pv input and also grid available. any suggestions or a list of usable settings?

I would make sure that your discharge control is set to Voltage and that the correct warning, cut-off, and discharge current limit are set based on the battery specifications.

I would also check the Charge current limit, charge voltage, float voltage, and AC Charged based on to make sure the voltage are to spec for your batteries.
