Follow up on Gobel. As I posted previously - the first order of 4 cells were delivered (~39 days to CO) and tested very well. I then ordered 12 identical cells on April 8th. It has been almost a month and the cells haven't been shipped yet. I have contacted Gobel via email and chat many times to get an update without any response.
The customer experience with Luyuan (Amy Wan) was much better. She was very responsive.
