Are SRNE and BougeRV same company and same line of products ?

Both SRNE and BougeRV products(e.g. MPPT controllers) looks very similar.
Are they the same company and same line of products differing only in name ?
If they are the same, anyone know why they use 2 different names ?

I have seen positive reviews of both products.
Anyone using SRNE MPPT controllers, could please mention if you had any bad experience with SRNE MPPT SCC ?

BougeRV is a re-labeler. They do not make any of their own products. Who they buy from is likely to change at any time. So it is entirely possible that a SCC they retail is from SRNE. SRNE is one of the electronic factories in China that produce and sell wholesale several items for the solar power industry. SRNE started offering their own labeled items a few years back.
