Can a normal lithium battery charge controller charge LiFePO4 batteries?

They seem to have similar nominal voltages. Lithium: 3.7vdc, LiFePO4: 3.2vdc.

What's the max voltage to charge a LiFePO4? How about the cutoff voltage for LiFePO4 upon discharge? Typically charger boards for lithium batteries charge to 4.2vdc and Chinese controllers often discharge to 2.5vdc.

Max voltage 3.65 vpc (LiFePo4) which is not necessary other than maybe initial charge, 3.5 - 3.55 vpc would be fine.
Cut off 2.8 vpc
