i have four 150w solar panels with a open circuit voltage of 43.5V and short-circuit current of 4.75A. could i use these panels in a RV application running 2 SLR125 12 volt 125ah AGM batteries hooked up in parallel. if possible what size charge controller should i use?

Yes you could you need a charge controller that can handle more than 50 amps. I calculated this by dividing total panel watts by 12volts to see you need to handle 50 Amps 600/12 =50 so you need at least a 50 Amp charger
