EG4 PowerPro Conduit Box missing bottom?

Anyone else get their EG4 PowerPro Conduit Box and not get the bottom plate with it?
It looks like I got everything else, just not the bottom plate.

There is no bottom plate.
It mounts on top of the battery.

So if you don't have a battery the wires just fall out the bottom?
Not what I would consider a conduit box.

its a box made specifically to be mounted on top of the powerpro!!!!!!! SMH

The Power pro conduit box is made specifically for the power Pro battery. Were you looking for a wireway for your inverter instead?

I see. Those are fairly simple to source from an electrical supply house. You’d have to add your own conduit knockouts of course.

I found a piece of aluminum, left over from the machine shop, which I cut to fit. Now I just have to paint it and epoxy it in.
We had snow this morning and the power and internet went down.
