Looking for a 120V LiFePo4 Charger with adjustable paramaters.

I just got a 100AH LiFePo4 battery to run the electronics on my freshwater boat .... and bought this charger. Victron Charger It has a Lithium profile but is charging at 14.2 V. I would like to set it to charge at a lower voltage, but there is no way to adjust the paramaters.
Does anyone know of a good charger to do this .... or would I be better to just use a DC to DC converter with this charger?

Forgot to mention, but the battery has an internal Bluetooth BMS which has paramaters to adjust charge cutoff. It is currently set at 3.6 V for the highest cell. I could lower that and force the charge to cut off at a lower charge level.
