In our server error log, I have been getting "max user connection" error. Just figured it out yesterday. The SQL database had a limit imposed. I increased the limit, the error is now gone.
I was confused because there were no issues with the actual server. It was in the server log of the forum software, but it was actually the database.
This has happened a few times in the last few months. Have you noticed that "Users Online" would not exceed 1500? It would get so close, but never exceed. Well, this max user connection limit is why. Really excited to see how many users we will have in the following weeks! I cannot wait to see 2000 users online at the same time
