Mounting Epever Controller

Does the mounting orientation ( vertical or horizontal) of an Epever Solar Charge Controller make a difference to the operation of the controller? Probably a silly question but checking any way.

If there are “fins” on the heat sink then making sure they are vertical will help as heat rises and will create some additional air flow.
