So the wifi went down at our property this morning and said it was due to a power outage. I'm 5 hours away and the place is remote and there is no one to go check on it so I'm a little concerned.
I am running the EG4 18K and looked at the app to see if there were any anomalies leading up to the outage and saw this:

I'm not really sure what to make of that and figured I would ask if anyone could make heads or tails of it on here.

For more clarification:
the house is not complete yet and is not inhabited. Nothing except Starlink and Simplisafe are running in there currently that's why there is no consumption.

so my wife's uncles went out to check things out for us and took pictures.
18K is showing a battery fault. Multiple alarms saying battery voltage is high.
How, after two months of normal function would this happen?

Did you ever get this rectified?

not exactly...haha EG4 did tell me that there were some settings to try and change to ensure that the system never overcharged, but what I have found to work is just making sure to use electricity enough to keep the batteries from getting too full. For now that is working.
