I have a 100 Gallon vertical propane tank. I am unfamiliar with the valves on these larger tanks but have seen videos of people refilling their 20lb tanks from them. I'm hoping one of these valves connects to the liquid withdrawal tube but not sure if this tank has that. It does not look to be the same valve/port as in the video.

The markings on the valve with the yellow screw cap are:
D2210
CE0029
OMEGA
Made in Italy

Anyone have experience with these?

After a bit more digging, these vertical tanks are commonly called 120 gal or 100 gal. The first volume is the water/tank displacement valvue. The second is the LPG storage volume.

I cannot find a spec sheet but they do not appear to have a Liquid withdrawal tube. They are DOT rated to be on the road while full (this is the max volume for such tanks). Unlike the horizontal ASME only tanks, these can be lifted full or empty by the propane company if they need to collect them. So, the full tank is hoisted onto a flatbed rather than pumped empty.

Because of this they need the 12/8yr recert like small tanks, which is for the DOT rating.
The larger ASME tanks have no pressure test/retest requirements, and therefore need liquid tubes for pump out prior to transport.

Looks like I will be hauling this guy on the bobcat next time I grill steaks. 😆

I think your assessment is correct. To access the liquid space in that tank, you'd have to tip it over so that the valve that accesses vapor space would now be at the bottom in the liquid space. That's not an easy task with that size of a tank although, with your bobcat, maybe you can rig something up to invert the tank?
